On Tuesday, May 24, 2022, students who were doing a Real Work Lecture (KKN) in Mentor Village, Probolinggo Regency held a Seminar that focused on improving the quality of human resources in Mentor village SMEs in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0.
This activity is carried out so that MSME actors can maximize existing human resources (HR) and can improve the qualities of these HR.
In addition, at the seminar, the material also provided information on how to manage finance and capital resources in existing MSMEs.
