Gresik https://mediarestorasiindonesia.co.id The preparation of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) is carried out by the village government, village apparatus, and the community. The APBDes is prepared for one budget year, from January 1 to December 31.
The following are the stages of preparing the APBDes, including:
1. Identifying priority village needs.
2. Preparing the annual development plan (RKPDes).
3. Preparing the draft APBDes based on the RKPDes.
4. Holding a village meeting to agree on the draft APBDes.
5. Submitting the draft APBDes to the Village Consultative Body (BPD).
6. The BPD determines the APBDes as a Village Regulation (Perdes).
The APBDes must meet the following principles: Transparent, Accountable, Participatory, Orderly and disciplined budget.
APBDes is an important annual financial planning document to realize good governance at the village level.
In order to realize better governance of Canga’an Village with the management of financial planning of the Canga’an village budget, the Canga’an Village Government held a Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) Preparation event held in the Canga’an Village Hall which was attended by the Head of Canga’an Village Fachrur Rozi, S.Pd, All Canga’an Village Apparatus, BPD, LPMD and also attended by community leaders of Canga’an Village.
On that occasion, the head of Canga’an village, Fachrur Rozi, S.Pd, in his statement, he conveyed, “the importance of the preparation of the 2025 Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) PAPBDes to remain responsive to the aspirations of residents and priority village needs.
“Several changes have been proposed to optimize development, improve community services, and strengthen the village economy,” he said.
Not only that, he also added, “Financial Management has been detailed and inputted according to what has been proposed and agreed upon together, from various sectors that require additional allocations, such as road infrastructure, and economic empowerment programs and additional allocations, food security and public health and so on, in order to make Canga’an village more advanced and developed according to what is expected by the entire Canga’an Village community,” he added.
In the discussion session, residents had the opportunity to provide suggestions and input. Some submitted several proposals, After going through a democratic and deliberative discussion process, finally the participants reached an agreement regarding PAPBDes. The agreed budget is expected to meet the needs of the village and improve the welfare of the community. The deliberation was closed with the signing of the minutes by the Village Head and the BPD Chair as valid evidence of approval of the 2025 APBDes changes. All deliberation participants hope that the results of this budget change will be realized soon and bring benefits to Canga’an Village.(Red).
