SURABAYA https://mediarestorasiindonesia.co.id To ensure security and order in residential areas, the CitraLand Security Division actively collaborates with the Three Pillars (the National Police, the Indonesian National Armed Forces, and the Regional Government) and PT. Swabina Gatra’s SWA ARMY. The patrol began on Wednesday (September 3, 2025) at 8:00 PM WIB.
This synergy demonstrates a shared commitment to creating a safe, comfortable, and conducive environment for all CitraLand residents.
The activity began with a joint roll call and continued with joint patrols throughout Citraland Surabaya, from the southern part of Citraland (CLS) to the northern part of Citraland (CLU).
The event was attended by Lakarsantri Sub-district Head Yongky Kusprianto Wibowo, Lakarsantri Police Sector Police Community Development Unit Head AKP Yani and his staff, Lakarsantri Military District Commander Major Dhani and his staff, Citraland Security Division Head Didik Iswahyudi, Deputy Security Division Head Gatot Satriono, SWA ARMY Military Administration Staff Sergeant Mar Andis Aulia Mandala, SWA ARMY Management Representative Muhammad Adi Cahyono, and representatives from several other BUJPs.
SWA ARMY, the internal security team of PT Swabina Gatra under the leadership of Lieutenant Colonel Mar (Ret.) Mardiono, plays a central role in maintaining order. With trained personnel and 24-hour routine patrols, they are the frontline in responding to any potential security disturbances. Their presence in every corner of the housing complex provides a sense of security and serves as an early detection tool for any suspicious activity.
Collaboration with the Three Pillars is key to handling situations that require more serious action. The Lakarsantri Police, the Lakarsantri Military District Command (Koramil), and the local sub-district regularly coordinate with the CitraLand security team.
“Collaboration with the Three Pillars is an important step to ensure that security in the Citraland area is not solely the responsibility of one party, but rather the result of synergy between all elements,” said Didik Iswahyudi, Head of the Citraland Security Division.
This collaboration extends beyond enforcement, but also includes preventative activities, such as security education for residents and joint patrols during critical times. This aims to educate residents to be more concerned about personal and environmental security.
“This synergy is very effective. We exchange information and data, so that every security issue can be resolved quickly and in an integrated manner,” said Yongki Kusprianto Wibowo, Head of the Lakarsantri Sub-district. “For example, if there is a report of a crime, we immediately coordinate with the police for further action.”
The success of this collaboration is also due to the full support of CitraLand management and the active participation of all residents. Management consistently facilitates the operational needs of the security team, while residents are encouraged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity.
